Jerome Westheimer Center for the Performing Arts

A performing arts center has been on the Ardmore City Schools wish list for decades. Thanks to a 2018 bond issue and donations from the Jerome Westheimer Family Foundation that dream is becoming a reality.
Once completed the $26 million dollar, 50,000 SF building will contain a performance hall that seats 800, rehearsal spaces for band, orchestra and choral, and private practice rooms. Support spaces include a scene shop, dressing rooms, a catering pantry and concessions area. The double height lobby can serve as a gathering space for seated functions or standing receptions.
