River Oaks Baptist School

This phase of the River Oaks Baptist School expansion included a 90,000 SF middle school that houses grade levels five through eight. Each of the four levels are dedicated to one grade level. Spaces include a Blue Box, Maker Spaces, Science Labs, a Robotics Lab, and outdoor teaching terraces. Many energy efficient features have been incorporated into the facility, including high efficiency air cooled chillers, individual metering of lighting and power for each floor level, energy recovery units, and day-lighting controls. The school plans to use these features as teaching tools for the students. Additionally, the project includes a two level Administration Building with an underground parking garage with capacity for 190 cars.
