Weights + Measures

Another project of Infill Development, Weights + Measures is a 5,000 SF casual neighborhood restaurant, bakery, and bar located in a 1950’s industrial warehouse at 2808 Caroline Street. Weights + Measures serves diners from early in the morning, until late in the evening. The Slow Dough Bakery was the recipient of the 2015 Houston Press Best Bakery Award and according to Houston Press’s October 2015 edition, W+M ranked number four of the ten best restaurants in Midtown.
