New Hope Housing - Perry Street SRO

New Hope Housing’s core purpose is to provide life-stabilizing, affordable, permanent housing with support services for people who live on very limited incomes. This single room occupancy (SRO) efficiency apartment housing project includes 160 fully-furnished efficiency apartments and support services in several two-story buildings. It is conveniently located close to downtown and METRO bus lines.

Other features available to residents include a fully-furnished TV lounge, living/dining rooms, a library, a life skills training/business center, 2 coin-operated washer/dryer facilities, a fully-equipped kitchen available 24/7, and an outdoor cooking facility located among beautifully landscaped gardens. The project also attained a LEED BD+C: Homes v3 - LEED 2008 Platinum Certification.
