LEE ELDRIDGE, PE

Vice President

With 16 years of experience in MEP design and commissioning, Lee Eldridge brings a unique blend of hands-on knowledge and passion to every project. Inspired early on by working alongside his father, who owned a mechanical contracting company, Lee developed a love for the design process and optimizing system performance. He specializes in education, commercial, and critical facilities, where his ability to collaborate closely with clients helps bring their visions to life. A licensed Professional Engineer and active member of ASHRAE, Lee combines technical expertise with exceptional teamwork.

Outside of work, he enjoys cycling, golf, hiking, hunting, and fishing - embracing all things outdoors. Lee is a proud husband to Kelly and a father of two boys, Evan and Keaton. Notably, he has won multiple national titles in high power shooting and set two national records, showcasing his dedication and precision both professionally and personally.
