Belmont Village Senior Living
Belmont Village Senior Living - West Lake Hills, located in Austin, Texas, is a 104,000 SF senior living community offering 141 private apartments and a range of active living options, including Assisted Living and Memory Care. The facility features wellness areas, a fitness center, salt-water swimming pool, restaurant-style dining, and a variety of communal spaces designed for socialization and comfort.

Griffith Fine Arts Building Stephen F. Austin State University
The Griffith Fine Arts Building at SFA has expanded to 137,374 SF, featuring a renovated Turner Auditorium, a 350-seat flexible theatre, and a black box theatre. The addition also houses filmmaking and dance programs, complete with studios, editing rooms, rehearsal spaces, and faculty offices, making it a cutting-edge arts facility.

Newton Gresham Library Sam Houston State University
The Newton Gresham Library at Sam Houston State University underwent a $12.4 million renovation, the largest in its 50-year history. Spanning 67,000 SF, the project integrated the Academic Success Center, enhancing study spaces, tutoring services, and collaborative areas. The improvements create a modernized learning environment that fosters academic success and student engagement.

Houston Country Club
The Houston Country Club underwent a major $84 million renovation, enhancing 135,000 SF of facilities while maintaining full club operations. The project introduced new locker rooms, banquet halls, and expanded kitchen capacity, along with state-of-the-art fitness, pool, and tennis facilities. A complete MEP systems overhaul included a new central plant, emergency generator, and upgraded water and air distribution systems.

Jack’s Cafe Houston Zoo
Jack’s Cafe offers a mix of culinary delights, scenic views, and sustainable design. The café will serve guests from 2,375 SF of food service space and 5,873 SF of outdoor seating, restrooms, and a mother’s room - ideal for families and casual dining. The second floor includes a 5,305 SF event venue with views of the Galápagos Islands exhibit and Reflection Pool. The event hall and outdoor terrace are ideal for hosting large meetings and private events.

Fort Bend County Caleb Rule Public Safety Annex
The Fort Bend County Caleb Rule Public Safety Annex is a 16,800 SF patrol station serving the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office. Situated on a 2.84-acre greenfield site, it features concrete parking, a helipad, and a fuel station. Interior spaces include offices, conference rooms, a briefing room, locker rooms with showers, and a small holding area. Designed for efficiency, the facility incorporates occupancy-based lighting controls and an HVAC split-DX VAV system for optimized zoning.

Parc Binz is a 60,800 SF mixed-use development located between Hermann Park and the Museum District. It features ground-level restaurants and four floors of office space, along with an 80,655 SF parking garage for 198 cars. Completed in 2014, it offers a convenient, dynamic space for both businesses and visitors.

The Quad at the University of Houston is a 385,000 SF modern residence hall accommodating 1,189 students with super-suite style units, townhouse-style housing, five outdoor courtyards, study spaces, fitness rooms, and community amenities.

Westin Houston Medical Center Renovation
The Westin Houston Medical Center is a 382,000 SF redevelopment of the historic Medical Towers in the Texas Medical Center. The 18-story building features 273 mid-century inspired rooms, a state-of-the-art fitness center, an outdoor terrace with downtown views, and a resort-style pool. The in-house Terrace 54 restaurant and bar offers stunning views of the Galleria. Completed in January 2020, this project, designed by BRR Architecture, blends modern luxury with historical charm.

Faithbridge Phase II & III
Faithbridge Phase II & III marked significant expansions for Faithbridge Church in Spring, Texas, doubling worship capacity with a 1,100-seat worship space in 2011 and adding a Children’s Ministry Building in 2014. The project included central plant expansion to accommodate future growth, ensuring long-term sustainability for the church’s growing congregation.

William T. Cannady Hall Rice University
William T. Cannady Hall at Rice University is a 22,000 SF expansion for the Rice School of Architecture, featuring a two-story public gallery, adaptable teaching spaces, and a state-of-the-art digital fabrication shop. Named after William T. Cannady, a distinguished architect, the facility promotes interactive learning and hands-on design. Set for completion in August 2024, with a budget of $14 million, the building enhances the architectural program by offering cutting-edge spaces for exhibitions, workshops, and student projects.
