Process Technology Center
The Lone Star College Process Technology Center, located at Generation Park, is a state-of-the-art facility designed to train students for careers in process technology across industries such as petrochemical, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing.
The 40,200 SF stand-alone campus, which opened for the 2018 spring semester with approximately 800 students, features:
- A full outdoor Process Training Unit, simulating real-world operational conditions.
- A control room for hands-on process monitoring and system regulation.
- Advanced simulation equipment to enhance technical training.
- A Water Sampler field lab for environmental and quality control testing.
- Specialized chemistry and physics labs to support core curriculum studies.
The new facility provides Lone Star College students with the technical skills and hands-on experience required to secure entry-level positions as process technologists and operators in high-demand industries.
Jack’s Cafe Houston Zoo
The Van Cliburn Concert Hall at TCU is a 61,000 SF facility with 717 seats, designed to create a world-class acoustic environment. Featuring band, orchestra, and percussion rooms, it provides educational support for the School of Music students and is designed to shield performances from outside noise.

The East Aldine District’s new 23,300 SF office building serves as a hub for community operations and law enforcement. Located at East Aldine Town Center Park, it features six lease spaces and is surrounded by an amphitheater, playground, splash pad, and scenic water features. Lush landscaping and pedestrian-friendly design enhance accessibility and community engagement.

Lott Hall at Hermann Park
Lott Hall, a historic 8,742 SF venue, now offers luxurious event spaces for up to 250 guests. Renovated by CEG, the venue features catering prep areas, bridal and vendor spaces, and a grand porte-cochère. Upgrades include modern MEP systems, energy-efficient lighting, and a VRF HVAC system, ensuring comfort and sustainability.

Mehta Foundation
The Mehta Foundation Headquarters is a 15,000 SF office building featuring a central gathering space with high ceilings and clerestory windows. Its semi-circular conference room is a key architectural highlight. Designed by Studio Red Architects and completed in 2013, the building reflects the foundation’s vision for collaboration and impact.

The MetroNational Treehouse is a 15,000 SF commercial office designed for collaboration and sustainability. The first floor offers restaurant lease space, while the second floor serves as a workspace and event venue. A double LEED Platinum-certified building, it features a vegetated roof, solar panels, geothermal heating/cooling, and a wind turbine, making it one of Houston’s greenest buildings.

Parc Binz is a 60,800 SF mixed-use development located between Hermann Park and the Museum District. It features ground-level restaurants and four floors of office space, along with an 80,655 SF parking garage for 198 cars. Completed in 2014, it offers a convenient, dynamic space for both businesses and visitors.

Walker Engineering Corporate Headquarters
Walker Engineering’s Corporate Headquarters is a 30,000 SF facility in northwest Houston, featuring office space, warehouse storage, and modern infrastructure like driveways, parking lots, and an entry court. The design incorporates sculpted electrical conduit in public areas, reflecting the company’s brand. Completed in 2015, it is a functional and brand-integrated space for the electrical engineering and construction company.

Alief Neighborhood Center
The Alief Neighborhood Center is a 71,551 SF LEED-certified facility in Alief Park, housing Health and Human Services, Parks and Recreation, and the Hennington-Alief Regional Library. The $52 million center includes a WIC office, multipurpose rooms, fitness areas, sports fields, an art garden, and an outdoor pool, making it Houston’s first multi-service facility of its kind.

The Westin Houston Medical Center is a 382,000 SF redevelopment of the historic Medical Towers in the Texas Medical Center. The 18-story building features 273 mid-century inspired rooms, a state-of-the-art fitness center, an outdoor terrace with downtown views, and a resort-style pool. The in-house Terrace 54 restaurant and bar offers stunning views of the Galleria. Completed in January 2020, this project, designed by BRR Architecture, blends modern luxury with historical charm.

Housed in a renovated 1950s industrial warehouse, Weights + Measures is a 5,000 SF neighborhood restaurant, bakery, and bar serving guests from morning to late night.
