The River Pointe Church Children's Ministry Building is a 34,000 SF, two-story facility built to enhance the church's growing children's ministry. Designed with learning, comfort, and engagement in mind, the building offers age-appropriate spaces tailored to the unique developmental needs of children.
Key features include nursing rooms for parents, spacious family restrooms, and a large outdoor balcony that serves as an open-air classroom. Throughout the building, specialized rooms accommodate different age groups, creating an immersive and engaging environment for education and worship. The expansion underscores River Pointe Church’s commitment to providing a dynamic and welcoming space for young learners.
East Aldine District Office Building
The East Aldine District’s new 23,300 SF office building serves as a hub for community operations and law enforcement. Located at East Aldine Town Center Park, it features six lease spaces and is surrounded by an amphitheater, playground, splash pad, and scenic water features. Lush landscaping and pedestrian-friendly design enhance accessibility and community engagement.

Lott Hall at Hermann Park
Lott Hall, a historic 8,742 SF venue, now offers luxurious event spaces for up to 250 guests. Renovated by CEG, the venue features catering prep areas, bridal and vendor spaces, and a grand porte-cochère. Upgrades include modern MEP systems, energy-efficient lighting, and a VRF HVAC system, ensuring comfort and sustainability.

The design incorporates sculpted electrical conduit in public areas, reflecting the company’s brand. Completed in 2015, it is a functional and brand-integrated space for the electrical engineering and construction company.

The Alief Neighborhood Center is a 71,551 SF LEED-certified facility in Alief Park, housing Health and Human Services, Parks and Recreation, and the Hennington-Alief Regional Library.
