Belmont Village West Lake Hills is a 3-story, 104,000 SF senior living community located just west of downtown Austin. The facility includes 141 private apartments and provides a continuum of care including Assisted Living and Memory Care accommodations, with studio, one-, and two-bedroom residence options.
Community amenities include meeting rooms, library and gathering spaces, a wellness center, fitness facility with on-site therapy services, outdoor heated saltwater pool, technology center, salon, and Town Hall meeting space. Dining venues include restaurant-style service, a casual bistro, and an outdoor terrace.
Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems were designed to support residential comfort, healthcare-level life safety requirements, commercial kitchen operations, and 24-hour occupancy while maintaining energy-efficient and reliable building performance.
Sam Houston State University Campus Fault Study
CEG performed a comprehensive campus-wide one-line, arc flash, and fault coordination study of SHSU’s medium-voltage distribution system serving 35 buildings, delivering updated system modeling, code compliance recommendations, and arc-flash safety labeling.

Located at East Aldine Town Center Park, it features six lease spaces and is surrounded by an amphitheater, playground, splash pad, and scenic water features. Lush landscaping and pedestrian-friendly design enhance accessibility and community engagement.

Lott Hall at Hermann Park
Lott Hall, a historic 8,742 SF venue, now offers luxurious event spaces for up to 250 guests. Renovated by CEG, the venue features catering prep areas, bridal and vendor spaces, and a grand porte-cochère. Upgrades include modern MEP systems, energy-efficient lighting, and a VRF HVAC system, ensuring comfort and sustainability.

Alief Neighborhood Center
The Alief Neighborhood Center is a 71,551 SF LEED-certified facility in Alief Park, housing Health and Human Services, Parks and Recreation, and the Hennington-Alief Regional Library.
