Parking Garage #6
Parking Garage No. 6 is a new 633,000 SF, 2,500-vehicle, multi-level parking structure located at the corner of Entrance 1 and University Drive within the University of Houston Professional District. The project included coordination of pedestrian crosswalk improvements and reconfiguration of vehicle access to Lots 20A and 20C to enhance campus circulation and pedestrian safety.
The garage incorporates Parksmart occupancy sensors, energy-efficient LED lighting with advanced controls, and electric vehicle charging infrastructure to support sustainability goals and operational efficiency. Building systems were designed to provide durable, low-maintenance performance while enhancing user safety and visibility throughout the structure.
East Aldine District Office Building
The East Aldine District’s new 23,300 SF office building serves as a hub for community operations and law enforcement. Located at East Aldine Town Center Park, it features six lease spaces and is surrounded by an amphitheater, playground, splash pad, and scenic water features. Lush landscaping and pedestrian-friendly design enhance accessibility and community engagement.

Lott Hall at Hermann Park
Lott Hall, a historic 8,742 SF venue, now offers luxurious event spaces for up to 250 guests. Renovated by CEG, the venue features catering prep areas, bridal and vendor spaces, and a grand porte-cochère. Upgrades include modern MEP systems, energy-efficient lighting, and a VRF HVAC system, ensuring comfort and sustainability.

The Mehta Foundation Headquarters is a 15,000 SF office building featuring a central gathering space with high ceilings and clerestory windows. Its semi-circular conference room is a key architectural highlight. The MetroNational Treehouse is a 15,000 SF commercial office designed for collaboration and sustainability. The first floor offers restaurant lease space, while the second floor serves as a workspace and event venue. Alief Neighborhood Center
The Alief Neighborhood Center is a 71,551 SF LEED-certified facility in Alief Park, housing Health and Human Services, Parks and Recreation, and the Hennington-Alief Regional Library. The $52 million center includes a WIC office, multipurpose rooms, fitness areas, sports fields, an art garden, and an outdoor pool, making it Houston’s first multi-service facility of its kind.
