The East Aldine District, established by the Texas Legislature in 2001 to support the physical and economic development of the Aldine area, constructed a new 23,300 SF, three-level office building as part of its master plan implementation.
The facility houses the District’s management offices, law enforcement offices for the Harris County Sheriff’s Department and contract deputies, and six core-and-shell lease spaces. Located at the entrance to the East Aldine Town Center Park, the building serves as a civic anchor within a broader community development that includes an amphitheater, audience lawn, playground and splash pad, and integrated stormwater detention features.
Collaborative Engineering Group provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering services to support municipal office operations, public safety functions, and future tenant flexibility within a mixed-use civic environment.
