Lott Hall, formerly known as the Hermann Park Clubhouse, has undergone a remarkable transformation into a luxurious venue for special events. This historic and charming 8,742 SF space accommodates 150 seated guests at tables or 250 guests for standing cocktail-style events, offering a refined setting for weddings, galas, and private celebrations.
The venue now boasts premium amenities designed to enhance the event experience, including a catering prep area, private bridal party spaces, vendor areas, restrooms, and a newly built porte-cochère that adds a signature touch to guest arrivals.
CEG led a comprehensive renovation of all MEP systems, ensuring modern functionality while preserving the venue’s historic charm. The lighting design meets energy codes and includes occupancy/vacancy switches, while the HVAC system features a VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) system for optimal climate control. With its elegant transformation and upgraded facilities, Lott Hall is now a premier destination for sophisticated and memorable events.

The $52 million center includes a WIC office, multipurpose rooms, fitness areas, sports fields, an art garden, and an outdoor pool, making it Houston’s first multi-service facility of its kind.

The 71,000 SF Sam Houston State University Arts Complex consolidates dispersed art facilities into a state-of-the-art hub. It includes instructional spaces, studios, galleries, faculty offices, and specialized work areas like kilns, welding stations, and a casting pit. CEG designed the studios with industrial hygiene in mind, optimizing air quality with displacement air and exhaust systems. The project also expanded the East Central Plant for future campus growth.

Belmont Village Senior Living - West Lake Hills, located in Austin, Texas, is a 104,000 SF senior living community offering 141 private apartments and a range of active living options, including Assisted Living and Memory Care.
