Josey Lake Park is a 140-acre community destination located within the 11,400-acre Bridgeland master-planned development in Cypress, Texas. Centrally positioned within the neighborhood, the park serves as a recreational and social hub connecting residential areas, trails, retail, and schools.
Amenities include a three-mile kayaking loop, two-story birding tower with skyway bridge, boardwalk, pavilion and event lawn, playground-style zip line, and supporting infrastructure for community gatherings and concerts. Native meadow plantings and habitat-focused landscape design reinforce the development’s commitment to environmental stewardship and long-term ecological health.
Mechanical, electrical, and site infrastructure systems were designed to support event power, site lighting, irrigation, and resilient utility distribution across the expansive park setting while maintaining compatibility with the surrounding natural environment.
