Project Budget$84,000,000
This project consisted of a comprehensive renovation and expansion of the Houston Country Club, including additions to the main clubhouse for new locker rooms and banquet facilities. The existing clubhouse was reconfigured to expand kitchen capacity, enhance back-of-house operations, and modernize member spaces. Additional fitness, pool, and tennis buildings were demolished and replaced with upgraded facilities to support expanded programming and member amenities.
Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems were fully reworked across the campus. Improvements included a new central plant, upgraded electrical service with emergency generator, new domestic water distribution and water heating systems, and all new air handling units with updated air and hydronic distribution. The project was carefully phased to allow the club to remain fully operational throughout construction.
