The 156,571 SF, EPIC (Educational and Performance Innovation Center) facility is planned to be constructed on land owned by Spring ISD, which currently serves as the site for Planet Ford Stadium. This strategic development aims to repurpose and enhance the existing site to create a state-of-the-art educational and cultural hub.
The project will include a versatile arena for up to 5,000 spectators, suitable for athletic competitions, school sports, and community events. It will be designed for flexibility to support various large-scale activities. Additionally, the facility will feature a 1,000-seat Performing Arts Center for theater, and cultural performances, a 200-seat Recital Hall tailored for the band and choir with proper acoustics, lighting, and staging to ensure high-quality events. The project also includes a 50,400 SF, Multipurpose Pavilion with an outdoor Amphitheater, restrooms and concessions.
