The existing IAH Terminal B was placed into service in 1969, but the needs of this terminal have changed along with the growth of the city and developments post September 11th. This project includes the renovation of the Terminal B Processor which includes ticketing, baggage, security, concessions, parking, and airport system offices; the airside components of Terminal B are part of a separate scope that is being designed and built by a different team.
The existing Processor structure is approximately 530,000 square feet, and that existing structure is being retained but being provided with completely new MEP infrastructure; a new structure is being built alongside the old, meaning the new Processor will have over 1 million square feet of area.
Collaborative Engineering Group’s scope has been to provide 50% of the mechanical design services from DD through CA, and 90% of the plumbing design services.

Arts Complex & Central Plant Sam Houston State University
The 71,000 SF Sam Houston State University Arts Complex consolidates dispersed art facilities into a state-of-the-art hub. It includes instructional spaces, studios, galleries, faculty offices, and specialized work areas like kilns, welding stations, and a casting pit. CEG designed the studios with industrial hygiene in mind, optimizing air quality with displacement air and exhaust systems. The project also expanded the East Central Plant for future campus growth.

Belmont Village Senior Living - West Lake Hills, located in Austin, Texas, is a 104,000 SF senior living community offering 141 private apartments and a range of active living options, including Assisted Living and Memory Care. The facility features wellness areas, a fitness center, salt-water swimming pool, restaurant-style dining, and a variety of communal spaces designed for socialization and comfort.
