Vibrant Fairview transformed a former 1960s dry-cleaning facility into a 2,500 SF neighborhood restaurant focused on health-conscious dining. The adaptive reuse project reimagined the existing structure to create an open, light-filled interior and a new outdoor courtyard carved from the original building footprint.
The renovation introduced a commercial kitchen, dining area, and landscaped courtyard seating, requiring careful integration of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems within the constraints of the existing structure. Systems were designed to support efficient kitchen operations, maintain occupant comfort, and accommodate the open layout and indoor-outdoor dining experience.
The result is a thoughtfully reactivated space that blends contemporary hospitality design with the character of the original building.
